All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price

If your order is accepted, we will inform you by email/phone/SMS and order fulfillment will be Amararaja Energy & Mobility Limited’ authorized Distributors/Retail partners
When placing an order, you undertake that all details provided by you to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit/debit card or any other Payment method used for the payment.

Order can be placed on the website after selecting the required product and vehicle details provided by you for automotive battery and electrical load details for Inverter battery
Once order is placed your order is confirmed and an email /SMS notification is sent to registered E-mail ID and Mobile number
Further order confirmation details can also be obtained from the MY order section

Customer is required to make payment mentioned in the Order confirmation at the time of delivery
Payment is accepted through Cash/Electronic means like Debit card /Net banking/Mobile banking / E wallets like Paytm /Gpay /Phone Pay & UPI
Prices mentioned in the order confirmation receipt are inclusive of all taxes and additional charges if any

Invoices are provided through our retail partners located near you and at the time of delivery

Delivery of confirmed order will be done within 24 hours
Please note that if your order is made up of a combination of items, deliveries may on occasion be made separately
We reserve the right to alter or amend delivery times in exceptional circumstances.

Confirmed order can be cancelled at any time before delivery. However, looking at the efforts involved in logistics it is advisable to not to delay order cancellation
In case of any physical damage, defect customers can refuse the delivery or return the product
Return of product is accepted only at the time of delivery and when product delivered is different from product ordered (Model, size, specifications etc.)
